What's New in BOOT'R Version 1.11
──> BOOT'R Editor Fixes.
Several problem areas from version 1.10 have been fixed in this
release. (A complete list of fixes and enhancements can be found in
the two files BOOTR.REV and BOOTRED.REV.)
What's New in BOOT'R Version 1.10
──> Enhanced BOOT'R Editor!
The BOOT'R Editor has undergone a major facelift! It has been
enhanced to be more intuitive and less cumbersome than the 1.0 editor.
What's New in BOOT'R Version 1.0
──> All New BOOT'R Editor!
BOOT'R Version 1.0 now contains an editor to make maintenance of the
file BOOTR.INI and all .BTR files fast and easy! This new editor
allows users quick access to their configuration files, and
automatically allows up to five files to be edited for each
configuration.
──> Changed Configuration Extensions From .INI to .BTR.
To avoid potential conflicts with other pieces of software, the BOOT'R
configuration files have had their extensions changed from .INI to
.BTR. (The BOOT'R system defaults file is still called BOOTR.INI.)
──> New BOOT'R Prelog Screen!
The BOOT'R prelog screen has been re-designed! The new format is more
visually appealing, and provides more information than before. Users
can now see the program version and copyright information, the command
line that was entered, the description of the configuration being
initialized, and the filenames of the files being written.
What's New in BOOT'R Version 0.5
──> Now Register with Visa/Mastercard, American Express or Discover!
Users may now register BOOT'R via telephone (218-924-2050), FAX (218-
924-2050), or The Bertha BBS (218-924-2060) using a Visa/MC, American
Express, or Discover credit card. (Please see REGISTER.DOC for
pricing/purchasing information.)
What's New in BOOT'R Version 0.4
──> Compressed .EXE files to 1/5 of their original sizes.
The file BOOTR.EXE haS been compressed to consume only 1/5 the space
of its original size.
──> Removed beta designation from BOOT'R.
After several months of testing, no major bugs have been noted or
reported in BOOT'R. This is the first official non-beta release.
